Coffee bean sales will also start at the WEB SHOP!
As we spend more time at home, we all want to make the most of it, don't we?
Even in the small town of Higashikawa, with a population of 8,200, we received many requests from locals saying, "We want coffee beans to brew at home!"
So, we've been preparing to sell coffee beans on our WEB SHOP, so that you can enjoy the taste of 'Roaster Coaster', a beloved cafe in Higashikawa, at home.
And so, seven types of beans were born! The blend names are "Asahidake," "2291," "Taisetsu," "Ezo," "Sugatami," "Hagoromo," and "Higashikawa."
Some are familiar blends from the "Roaster Coaster" era, and some are new additions. All are named after Hokkaido, Higashikawa Town, and the Daisetsuzan Mountains, making them endearing.
We are so excited that people all over Japan will soon be able to enjoy coffee beans roasted in the heart of Hokkaido's great outdoors.
And what's more, we've also created drip bags! A set of 7 different flavors will also be available for sale soon.
Two years have passed since TAISETSU COFFEE started as a specialty drip coffee shop.
It started slowly in a small shop in a small town, but gradually our customers spread nationwide. With the package for "The Man of the Forest" introduced in the previous blog, we met photographer Jayaprakash Bojan, who lives in Singapore, and our connections overseas opened up.
This month, TAISETSU COFFEE's roaster has also been renewed, further enhancing both the quantity and deliciousness of our roasts. From now on, we hope to serve even more smiles by responding to your requests for original packaging, coffee beans, and ground coffee that meet your needs.
