Our beans are sourced from the best farms all over the world．
Washing
全ての豆は洗われ、天日乾燥または日陰干し乾燥をした豆を使用しております。
Once picked our beans are washed and dried removing all inpurities．
Roasting
当店ではお客様に新鮮な状態でコーヒーを飲んで頂けるよう自家焙煎機による少量ローストを行なっております。
We roast our beans in small batches to ensure that you always get the freshest coffee possible．
Packing
当店のドリップコーヒーは独自のプロセスによるパッケージングで風味豊かに仕上げております。
Finally we prepare the coffee for packing in our own unique process. Sorry, we can't say more than that. It's our secret!
