How to make delicious pour-over coffee
Today, I'd like to once again explain "how to brew drip coffee."
I can hear you saying, "Now?!", but surprisingly, I get a lot of questions about it.
First, a common question many of you have:
"What's the difference between a 'drip coffee pack' and a 'drip coffee bag'?"
Actually, they're both the same! Both are correct!
The terminology just varies depending on the coffee maker or coffee shop.
Brewing drip coffee is a simple 4-step process:"Open, set, pour, and enjoy delicious coffee♪"

But precisely because it's so simple, we also receive questions like, "Is this really how it's done?" and "Are there any tips for brewing delicious coffee?"
Just pouring hot water is not wrong. That's perfectly fine!
I'll share some tips on "how to brew delicious drip coffee" for when you want to be more particular and "take your time brewing today!" All of them are easy!
① Before opening the pack, gently tap it from the bottom.
This incorporates a lot of air.
② Transfer boiled water from a kettle into a coffee-specific pot with a narrow spout.
This process alone allows the water to come into contact with air and cool to an appropriate temperature.
③ Pour a small amount of water slowly in a circle from the center to steam the entire grounds.
This prevents the water from just running down the filter.
④ Gradually add more water until it reaches the top of the pack.
⑤ The desired strength is fine!
TAISETSU COFFEE's drip coffee contains 10g.
It's perfectly fine to brew a small, strong cup or a large mug with 200cc‼︎
Adjust to suit your mood at the time.
Enjoying it in your favorite mug, or having outdoor coffee at your favorite park, is the best.
Go on and enthusiastically enjoy your coffee life~✨
