Higashikawa Ale

私たちの最初のビール。東川町ではじめてのクラフトビールブランドとして、2020年にここから始まりました。大雪山系の雪解け水で仕込んだセッションIPA。ホップの香りはしっかり、度数は軽やか。一本で終わらせなくていいビールです。

レシピは自分たちのもの。いちから組み立てました。

Our first beer. Craft Bear began here in 2020 as Higashikawa's first craft beer brand. A Session IPA built on snowmelt from the Daisetsuzan range — the full weight of the hops, at a strength you can go back to. That is the whole idea of a session beer.

This one is our own recipe, worked out from scratch.
