白いワンちゃんが二匹。一匹は地面に立ってこちらを見上げ、もう一匹は画面の上から逆さまに顔を出して、前足に小さな赤いプレゼントを持っています。中央にはろうそくを三本立てた二段のケーキ、その右に包みが三つ。黄色い地には渦巻き模様が散り、左上に「Happy Birthday」、右に「to you」と入っています。

デザインについて

• 二匹の向きが上下で逆になっています。片方が下から、片方が上からのぞき込む形です。
• 逆さまのほうは前足に小さな赤い包みを持っています。渡す直前の格好です。
• ケーキのろうそくは三本。その右の包みも三つで、数をそろえてあります。
• ペンで描いた線をそのまま残してあります。色が線からはみ出したところも直していません。
