弊社がBlack Rock Islandとしてお届けしているビールは、醸造パートナーの大雪地ビールがJapan Great Beer Awards 2025ドッペルボック部門で金賞を受賞した一杯です。

ドッペルボック。中世ドイツの修道士が断食の時期を越すために仕込んだ、麦の滋養をそのまま瓶に詰めたようなビールです。トーストしたパン、黒糖、コーヒーとチョコレートの香ばしさ。ABV 8%、急がずに。

醸造は旭川の大雪地ビールと。私たちのラベルで、彼らの手で仕込んでいます。

The beer we sell as Black Rock Island is the one our brewing partner Taisetsu Ji-Beer took gold with in the Doppelbock category at the Japan Great Beer Awards 2025.

A Doppelbock — the style medieval German monks brewed to carry them through a fast, the nourishment of the grain put straight into the bottle. Toasted bread, dark sugar, coffee and chocolate. ABV 8%; take your time with it.
