💬 Customer Reviews

"I've always bought Daisetsu and Ezo, which I love. This is my first time trying Sugatami, and the roast level was just right for my preference. I think I'll add it to my rotation from now on!"

"I opened a cafe where I serve breakfast. I offered Sugatami to my customers and asked for their feedback. They found it very well-balanced and easy to drink, without being too acidic."

"It's a delicious coffee with low acidity and very easy to drink."

About Machu Picchu Q-grade

The Machu Picchu region of Peru, known as the center of the ancient Inca Empire, cultivates high-quality coffee at altitudes of 1,500 to 2,000 meters. The rich soil of the Andes Mountains and the large temperature difference between day and night nurture flavorful beans.

Q-grade is a certification for "Specialty Coffee" that has achieved 80 points or more on international coffee quality evaluation standards. It is a title given only to high-quality beans that have cleared strict evaluations.

About Sugatami Pond

Sugatami Pond is a mystical pond located halfway up Mt. Asahidake, at an altitude of approximately 1,600m. It was named "Sugatami" (meaning "mirroring form") because on windless days, it reflects the image of Mt. Asahidake like a mirror. This coffee is inspired by its clear beauty.

Roasted in Higashikawa Town

TAISETSU COFFEE carefully roasts each cup in Higashikawa Town, at the foot of Mt. Daisetsu. It tastes even better when brewed with the spring water from Mt. Daisetsu.
